What is the return policy for Rutsu?
We want you to love your Rutsu Barefoot purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unused and unworn products within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Label: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. You will receive this label once your return request is approved.
Return Process:
1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact us at support@rutsubarefoot.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.
2. Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.
3. Send Back Your Item: Use the return label provided to send back your item.
Exchange:
Within 30 days of receiving your shoes, you can exchange them as long as they are new, unworn, and in their original packaging. Exchanges are free. Simply follow the return process, and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount (minus $10 restocking fee) will be credited back to your original payment method.

How lightweight are Rutsu Barefoot Sandals?

As a person with wide feet, I appreciate and really like these sandals, they are very soft leather and comfortable!
Surprisingly comfortable from the get go. I've had a prior ankle injury with occasional foot pain. I haven't had any pain while wearing these.
I have VERY wide feet. These are just wide enough to pass for me. I wanted a sandal I could wear with pretty summer dresses and these are perfect. I’m usually a 9.5 and bought a woman’s 10. I almost thought they were too small but I think they a good size. They are very thin! But I’ve been in barefoot shoes for a while now, and they are very comfortable.
I've been wearing barefoot shoes for a couple years now and these are, by far, the most comfortable out of the box! The leather is soft, the cork provides a wee bit of cush without sacrificing flexibility/thin sole, my foot feels secure with the adjustable straps. I've worn them almost every day now for the last few weeks on 2 to 5 mile city walks and they feel great, even on hard pavement.
They are also soooo pretty and stylish with that chic-boho-I-just-strolled-around-Rome vibe. Well done, Rutsu!
Absolutely adore these sandals. They are well-made, and more importantly comfortable. The cork footbed has just the right give to make your foot feel both protected, yet able to move freely. The straps are a good quality of leather that did not rub or chafe. I will have to see how they do for continued use, but so far they have been exactly what I was looking for in a barefoot sandal.
I did find that I had to size down a half size compared to my Rutsu sneakers.
