Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Rutsu Barefoot purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unused and unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Label:
We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. You will receive this label once your return request is approved.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact us at support@rutsubarefoot.com with your order number to request a return or exchange.

  2. Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.

  3. Send Back Your Item: Use the return label provided to send back your item.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount (minus $10 restocking fee) will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
