How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our website.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Rutsu Barefoot purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for unused and unworn products within 30 days of delivery. US order Only.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Label: We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. You will receive this label once your return request is approved.

Return Process:

Initiate a Return or Exchange: Please contact us at support@rutsubarefoot.comwith your order number to request a return or exchange.

Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Send Back Your Item: Use the return label provided to send back your item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount (minus $10 restoking fee) will be credited back to your original payment method.

We offer standard shipping for a flat rate of $5.95 USD within the USA. Delivery takes approximately 4-6 business days. We currently do not offer international shipping.
